Benefits of Essential Oils: Physical, Emotional, and for Appearance

Essential oils are a unique way to provide healing, clarity, and calm to your days. Our aromatherapy section contains several blends and individual oils but today we’re sharing the benefits that can come physically, emotionally/mentally, as well as to your appearance through the use of these 9 popular essential oils.

Chamomile

  • Physical Benefits: Reduces pain, including headaches, and inflammation; soothes gastrointestinal symptoms; acts as a diuretic, helping to control blood pressure and ease PMS; induces sweating to relive fever.
  • Emotional/Mental Benefits:  Calming and soothing (the Roman variety is especially helpful for children); helps ease depression and irritability; used to stabilize emotions and release nervous tension.
