
Gluten intolerance isn't a problem with this specail recipe for Millet Sesame bread!
Warm, fresh from the oven bread is something that many of us make take for granted. For those of you who can’t have gluten due to intolerances, here is a special recipe for Millet Sesame Bread that was an original recipe of Hanna Kroeger!
Directions for Gluten Free Millet Sesame Bread
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine 2 cups fine millet flour , 1/2 cup brown rice flour, 1/3 cup sesame meal, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking powder.
Add 1 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. honey and enough water to make a medium thick batter.
Pour batter into a bread pan or muffin tin, filling 2/3 full, and bake for 15 to 20 min.
If not well browned, put under the broiler for 1 min.
This is a fantastic Hanna Kroeger recipe! A good one to help people who are concerned about gluten!
